Everything readwrite said. It doesn't have a strong taste, however I have come to really like the taste (of whole flax). I practically eat it plain with cinnamon and milk, like a cereal ;D. It's a good way to add fiber to an otherwise low carb diet. So it's super satiating. Put it on crunchy peanut butter!

I've had some success mixing the powder with 1/2 cup of cold water and then slowly adding hot water while stirring. It gets pretty...warm, hehe. You could also try the reverse-- dissolve the powder in some milk/water and slowly add to warm coffee.

Actually I usually feel kinda awkward buying combos like eggs, flax seeds, veggies, veggie sausages, soymilk, and a huge pile of beef bones for my dog.

The benefit is that some of my protein powders taste like dessert, so if I can have a creamy cinnamon bun smoothy directly before I go to bed and it's all slow release protein, no sugar/carb... it's kinda like magic.

I've felt a lot of the same things you have. It isn't fair and for a long time I had a lot of anger towards people (I still do). I especially understand the fear of sudden attention. But, what you've done has made you strong. You can and will find your way. <3

I like them and would recommend them. I also like whole flaxseeds, which I think have slightly more taste. Try putting either one on peanut butter toast or in an egg sandwich, or over yogurt... lots of ways to use them.
