Why are people getting so angry over the idea of wasting food? Eating it when you don't need it is JUST as much of a waste. I grew up in a "clean your plate" family. But what's the difference whether the extra food goes in the trash or is carried around on your body?

I hope not because I can easily eat a container in a week. On peanut butter, cereal, pancakes, in coffee... ok, mostly its the peanut butter.

I have an Australian Shepherd and she's an infuriating running companion. =P She prefers to prefers to play with me off leash, sprinting and doing herding games. I would like to add that I can recommend some great meditations that I use from my smartphone. The app is called Meditation Oasis and I believe the woman has a website as well. There are meditations for stress, opening the heart, sleep, creativity, healing, breathing, etc. Happy meditating :)

At an italian restaurant, I usually ask for a chicken dish over broccoli instead of pasta. Go for a red sauce instead of a creamy or butter sauce if possible. Fish and seafood are good options too. Resist the bread!! Then I usually go to the logger and estimate as best I can, add 100-200 cals for oil and butter. :) ps…

My current personal challenge is to do 100 jumping jacks followed by 20 squat thrusts, 30 sec rest, and then again. I'd like to be able to do this x3. :D

Why are you losing weight?? Do you NEED to meet your goal in a certain time frame or can you be happy with taking the night off? Imo have fun, eat some protein, eat half the cupcake, drink vodka w a low cal mixer, and exercise a lot tomorrow. :)

50 calories is really not too much, don't be discouraged!! Instead of lowering your calories more, have you considered adding in extra exercise? Exercise can help suppress your appetite and cravings and would help you burn more to boot. :)
