1200 is the lowest you should ever go, imo. I would recommend starting between 1300-1500 with an hour of light exercise.

Sprint as fast as you can for 5k. jk, but it's going to take a bit longer than a week to get into your "best" form. For now, try to find a pace that you can run for the entire time and NEVER stop moving, even if you have to slow down to a fast walk.

My cheat day is also my double cardio day. I also limit my calories to 2500 on that day. I can have 2500 calories of carrots or cake, but as soon as cheat day is over, it's back to work.

I sense a class action lawsuit. And in this case, I hope that the consumer wins. People can eat what they want, but not informing them of what they are eating is bad. MISINFORMING them of what they are eating is even worse.
