Newbie here and excited to get started!

    I think the best advice I have gotten is a healthy life change to lose weight is 80% what food you eat and 10% exercise. Choose healthy options and be active = )

    For me that percentage is a little more balanced than that. I feel like exercise is 55% and than the food is 45%. They both effect each other so much.

    I'm pretty new, too. The best advice I got was eat less move more :) It just reminds me to get moving
