My favorite breakfast is to take a banana, almond milk, protein powder, and sometimes peanut butter and throw it all in my Ninja blender. Its sooo good. Also instead of the peanut butter, you can add more frozen fruit. I make this almost every morning for my husband and I. My 13 year old son loves it too. :heart:

Risingaboveit..THANK YOU so much!!! I feel so much better now. I am encouraged that I CAN exercise, I was afraid to before. I am switching Doctors because she didn't tell me much of anything. I really appreciate your advice and its nice to have people I can relate to!! :smile:
