    Probably not a scam so much, but it does involve buying literature. I like my reading to have a higher body count.

    It makes sense to reduce added sugar if you eat a lot of it and are very overweight or obese. But one doesn't need to purchase a program to do it. This is why we had to take math classes and wondered when it would be useful.
