I have been thinking all week about these questions and why it is that I can go strong for weeks and then fall of the wagon. It took a couple of weeks of travel to get derailed and I have been having trouble getting back into the groove. I am so sick of setting out to eat well and then making bad decisions. Today, I…

There is a theme each month and we each make/bring a recipe or two that fits in the theme. Tonight is asian, so I am bringing almond cookies and low fat green tea ice cream that I made in the Vitamix. We eat, enjoy some wine and share the recipes. It is really fun and it is a great group of ladies.

PW-152 CW- 152 Two more weeks to get back under 150 and STAY there. I am totally back on the workout bandwagon, but need to get the food back under control. Cooking club tonight is not helping.

PW- 149 CW- 153 I am hopingg that a lot is water weight. 4 days in Jamaica is a diet killer for sure. Sorry I couldn't contribute to the team this week. Off to California this week. It is much easier to be healthy in sunny California.

Hi all, I am 149.8. I am in the 140's!! Yippee Sorry I have been so out of touch. I am not working and am busy getting the house ready to be put on the market, so I haven't been online very much. We are moving to our new house in June, so now is the time to get it sold. I have a lot of excitement coming up. Thursday I…

I listen to Pandora when I work out. My favorite stations are : Black eye beas radio, Daft Punk Radio, Workout Radio and Rihanna radio. It is funny, because I am totally a rock and roll girl, but when I am working out I have to listen to dance music.

I am a distracted eater and a hormonal eater. I need to put locks on the food when I am on the phone :-) Really, I just need to plan my meals out in advance so I eat only at meal time and don't snack when on a conference call. For the hormone eating, I think that I need to become a man to fix that one :-) The workout is…

So glad that I found this link. I am going to have to have the surgery this year due to fibroids. I think that I am going to get a tummy tuck at the same time to get rid of the stretch marks and scars from my c-sections. I am planning to keep my ovaries. What was recovery like?

I am in the same boat. I had 3 vertical c-sections and 1 additional ab surgery. I find that the upper ab exercises and the obliques are doable. It is scary how weak the lower abs are due to the diastasis. After I get this 30 lbs off, I am not opposed to a tummy tuck just to put the muscles back together. The rest will be a…

My Chiro said that it can cause issue over time. Wearing away the cartlidge gradually can lead to pain in the future.

LOVE the new pic btw. Don't let it get you down, it happens! Last week I lost 0 and I was angry, but I used it to fuel my workouts. Are you PMSing? That is always a good few pounds of bloat for me. Salt and wheat also add water weight.

I follow the Hal Higdon training plans and the intermediate plans have you running 5 days a week. I would say, just listen to your body. For me, it is helpful to always have a race on the books and to be follow a plan. Go to HalHigdon.com and take a look at what he has out there. Good luck!

Awesome!

I did my squats every day. The ab challenge is going to be tougher. 3 c-sections really weaked the lower ab muscles.
