I know that this is another country than the one I live in, but here where I live in in the US even though it's one of the more "safer" states, I wouldn't allow my kids to do these things on their own. For one, it is a dangerous world out there, why risk it, if I sent my kids out somewhere alone they could easily get…

Thank you all for the great responses!

Because, I was wanting to learn some NEW ab exercises to add to the other workouts that I do, just because I ask for only ab exercises doesn't mean I don't do other workouts, I DO, I just know a whole lot more about other areas of working out and just wanted to see if there were some other ab workouts I could do that would…

It wasn't what they suggested that bothered me, I agree, and none of you know me nor do you know what I eat so you have no room to say anything about that, I was just looking for some additional ab workouts to do that maybe I hadn't heard of before to add to the other workouts (not just abs) that I already do. But, what…
-
Thanks for the harsh "the best exercise for your abs at this point would be putting down the fork or spoon and pushing yourself away from the table." like I don't know that, and I have been doing that but, thanks for making me feel even more horrible about my body than I already do. But, anyway, thanks to those of you who…

I try to eat around 1200 calories a day, did I used to, of course not, yes, that's part of the reason why I was overweight, so I cut my calories and started working out, now I'm completely full on 1200 calories and I have found that the times when I tried to eat more calories than the 1200 that even once I've reached…

Yeah, I noticed that they don't have a "full" range of sizes, I was 17.5% off but I didn't think about the fact that they don't take into account your height and it said I was a pear when I'm an hourglass

Thanks for sharing, my husband is always telling me I'm a lot smaller than I think I am and I really didn't think so, but I picked that I was the 9th one and it says I'm really in between the 5th and 6th ones

As long as people aren't trying to buy alcohol with it and they're able to feed their families I don't see why it should matter.

Great job, I just completed day 4 level 1, when you did it did you go up a level every 10 days or did you stay at a certain level for all 30 days?
-
thanks, added you

I'm 5'2" and I've always gained it mostly in my tummy too unfortunately, but currently working on that!! But I have found that when I try and put the effort forth with doing lots of ab exercises, that's the first thing to change for the better too though!!

oh my goodness, I'm so hungry now!!!

I agree but also disagree, I am now at a place where I can eat some "unhealthy" foods in moderation throughout the week and stay within my calorie goal, used to I couldn't do that if I ate those foods at all, I would go and end up eating way too much and would go way over my calorie goal, but now that I'm able to I do so…
-
I'll have to try that recipe! @dkwi04 thanks for the idea, I had never thought of using it for anything else but that would be such a time saver though!!

Thank you

I've found that when I make my own food not only is it healthier but for the most part, it's lower in calories or I at least get a much bigger serving than I do with store bought meals. If you're worried about how to figure out making a meal for everyone in your family, it does take a bit of patience, but you just add it…

yes, calories add up quickly if you don't
