what is the difference between the Net Calorie choice and the Calorie choice in the reports area?

I know people have said it before but check out your carb intake. Also you may want to go to the doctors for a physical just to make sure nothing else is going on

I went to a few web sites and found... 1 cup popped 30 cal .4 fat 6 carbs 1.2 fiber 1 protein they all seemed to say very close to the same hope this helps

I have been sticking with the 1200 calories a day and if I get a work out in I just burn more for the day but I don't go past the 1200 intake a day. You can monitor by weight loss. + or -. If I were to stay the same or gain I would cut it a little...if I were loosing to fast I would add a little. makes it easy.

I was on the nutrasystem website over and over and did not want to spend that money. Like everyone else I just don't have that kind of money. This so easy to do. I fill in my entire day the night before and take a bunch of factored in snack stuff to work. I nibble all day, eat my lean cousine or chunky soup for lunch.…
