  • 2 things i`ve learnt to control are stress and sleep. I relieve the stress in the gym every morning so the rest of my day goes well. i sleep 8 hours min. per day to ensure recovery. my body has never been more grateful. it does exactly what I want it to be it gaining weight(mass) or losing fat.
