Hello everyone. I was diagnosed with T2D, 6 years ago, and still haven't been able to stabilize my glucose. My last A1C was 7.9. I turned 49 today and have vowed to become healthy and compliant this next year before I turn 50. Any advice and support would be appreciated.

103 lbs. to loose. I am married with a wonderful family. I am diabetic, with a bad knee, a full time job, and working on my master's degree. I am determined to become healthy and could use as much support as possible. Anyone on this post is welcome to add me as their friend.

Just for today I will: 1. Log everything I eat. 2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. 3. Exercise for atleast 20 minutes.

I have been playing WII more often. Not very good at WII tennis, my 8 y.o. wooped my butt.

I think your Calorie Level is too low. I started at 264 lbs. and have lost 26 lbs. in a month and a half. My Calorie Goal is higher than yours.

I track my Caloric Intake from Midnight to Midnight. You can see on my diary how my meals are spaced out. Work nights I eat Work lunch, Work breakfast, and Dinner. Days off I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Work lunch-0100 Work breakfast-0500 Breakfast Lunch Dinner Snacks

Do you have a WII? Give the little ones a controller and pop in Disney Just Dance. This is my go to, when I am watching my two year old granddaughter.

I love Just Dance. I also have Just Dance Disney, which is a great way for me to get involved with the little ones at home:) My time is so limited, that I even feel guilty going to the gym sometimes.
