If you add a weight where you can't lift 1 rep, it's too heavy. If you find a weight where you can do more than 20 reps, its too light. Use that as your guide and find something in the middle. I could give you a complicated answer but people get butthurt over this stuff.

If you'r weight lifting I don't recommend doing HIIT more than 3 times a week. LISS is your better option, you will retain more muscle and burn less glycogen. This assuming your diet and macros are in check.

Ask a man who goes to the course and plays gold every saturday how does he stay motivated to go every saturday ... he will tell you it's not motivation that gets him up every saturday to play golf. Because he loves to play golf, that's what gets him up every saturday to play. It's the same with exercise.

'truth' in regards to fitness and nutrition walks on a fine line and is relative to the individual. Your way may work for you, i don't know your goals or if your competing in sports or bodybuilding so im going to give a perspective. A person who is running track will not need to worry about their hormones and HGH output as…

There was a study referenced in John Keifer's Carb-backloading that placed 2 classes of high school teenagers who were taking a test. 1st class ate the normal 7am breakfast, and the other skipped it and began eating at 12am noon. The 2nd class who skipped breakfast performed better in the test, long story short.
