you are there to improve your health and fitness. 2 teenage boys have no impact on your decision to improve yourself.

impossible without steroids.

BF%?

i've done all that low carb, cab cycling crap, it works a first. Give it 10 days I feel like *kitten*, i get irritable and want to smack anyone who talks to me. I would only implement the low carbs at the end of a contest prep when I want to come in dry.

400g carbs per day.

You're a female, you need more fats. Leave your fats alone.

What i've found is that there must be a cycle to what we do and how we do things. Everything happens in cycles, night and day, male and female, awake and sleep. From this there is hard work and rest. To receive the full benefit of the hard work we have to complete the cycle with rest. We can not work hard with no rest,…

My contest diet works fine.

your mind muscle connection for your curls/lat pull downs might be sub-par, you may be able to move heavy weight but are not really stimulating the bicep/lats. I see a lot of people who preach they can curl 50 lbs and when I look at them curl, most of the stimulation and concentric is coming from their deltoids. Or your…

this sounds like a topic I would see the Hodgetwins discuss, I must watch too much of their videos if I could picture what their responses would be to OP LOL
-
thanks for stating the obvious genius.
-
try it out, complete it. IMO is complete BS but doing something is better than nothing.
-
If you watched the video you would know the answer to your question. One guy asked this question and George response was that his principles were based on natural competitors and natural ability/physiology. Of course IFBB pros are gifted genetically, they are not called 'professionals' for no reason. But don't think their…

I like de-load weeks. I use 1 week deload after my 2 strength weeks where my CNS is shot to hell, I don't like the fact where the alternative is take a week off. I go insane if I don't go to the gym for more than 2 days.

Off season split. 6 day hypertrophy split: 4 weeks 6 day strength split : 2 weeks 6 day de-load split: 1 week repeat. day 1: Chest + Calves day 2: Back + Forearms day 3: Shoulders + Traps day 4: Biceps + Triceps day 5: Quads + Calves + Abdominals day 6: Hamstrings + Forearms currently trying to design a new split where I…

Stage BF%: 4 - 5% Off season: I feel comfortable at 10 - 12%

sounds awesome. As long as you are getting desired results, really no one can tell you, you're doing it wrong.
-
why would I need to log on my off season? Not everyones is trying to lose weight. The topic is called "bodybuilding friends". You don't have to track much besides protein. Now if I was reverse dieting then I would probably log it here and there, but most of my calculations and food macro-nutrients are logged in a book.…

his diary is crap? why because it had barely anything in it? you try eating 3000+ calories everyday and can be bothered tracking every single gram of protein/carb/fat. Get over yourself.
-
I don't like the idea of eating back calories based on MFP figures. I think if you have set macros for the day, then hit the macros, the calories are there for recovery, glycogen and organ function. The number MFP shoots out is highly inaccurate, the amount of calories that a burned that you could possibly 'eat back' will…

The thing is, there are many different paths to weightloss. The trick is to pick one and stick with it, or try them all and see which one works the best. When you are experienced enough you could trying design your own or a hybrid.

I think it comes down to personal preference and what helps you the most to preserve muscle and trim fat. If you are at Kai's level, I don't see how a 265lb+ bodybuilder would be capable of sprinting on and off in 1 minute intervals for 20 minutes. So I guess it would also be a factor of what you are capable of. I know…

congratulations!

It's not Kai's principles however, it;s george farah's. The man has trained 75 IFBB pros and competed 3 times in the Olympia I think he knows what he's talking about. Don't be so ignorant in thinking that cardio for example HIIT will have the same effect as LISS cardio, or the timing for example in the morning as compared…
