I get most of my new recipes from budgetbytes.com, which isn't a healthy site so much as it is a frugal site. I feel that most of the recipes are reasonably healthy and if they are more decadent just manage the portion size. Also, there is a sub-category on here for sharing recipes that I frequent for ideas.

I count them because I am proud when I hit my fiber goal, but the calorie count is always quite small I've noticed too (under 100 cal). Now salad dressing and toppings can make a big dent pretty quickly, but ruffage not so much.

What I was going to say, there are more calories per oz because of evaporation from water. Unless you choose a food that is prepared with oil (fried eggs), then the extra calories are mostly from that. But 3oz raw spinach should have as many calories as 3oz steamed spinach.

Funny how I never thought someone would think they have fat around the knees. I'm an apple though, so I suppose the thickness of my knees is secondary to my belly and arms. I break it up and it is taking about 6 weeks: 1 day cardio, 2 days shred, 1 day cardio, 1 day rest, 2 days shred (7 days per week) Yes, with level 2 I was grateful for non-shred days so my muscles could repair.

That's great! With your dedication you can shed a lot of lbs within 3 months and you will feel great. You are also looking to put on a lot of muscle if you don't have it already, so you will be able to sculpt your body over time. I think you could meet your weight goal within the year for sure.

I think we are starting out with similar BF%, and I can't imagine reaching my goal any sooner than the end of the year (likely 1.5years). I don't think I could lose over 20lbs in 3 months but I do not work out as much as you.

This looks like a healthy dressing to me. If I were to do it I'd make it with extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable, and add the sugar to taste at the end.
