Are you drinking lots of water throughout the day? It might help fight that hungry feeling you have sometimes plus you want to keep your body hydrated.

Thanks for posting your pictures. They are a great inspiration to me. I started out near your original weight and have lost 26 pounds so far. Seeing how great you have done keeps me encouraged that I can do the same. Best of luck on the next 22 pounds lost.

I've had Hypothyroidism for years but have it under control through medication. I've been on mfp since January and I've lost almost 24 pounds so far. I've lost weight through eating healthier and exercise. So it is possible to lose weight when you have hypothyroidism.

I had the same problem you are having now. I was regular until I started to what I thought was improving my eating habits and I became constipated.
