Thanks everyone for your responses! I decided that I will start it right up in about week 6, that way I'm still easing into it but not spending too much time on the 5k section when I can do the 10k. I'm looking forward to this!

That sounds good!! I'll have to try that sometime :D I had two smoothies today lol. Breakfast: 1 handful of Spring Mix, 1 banana, 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 carrot, 2 tsp flaxseed, and 1 orange. Tastes great! Lunch: 1 handful of Spring Mix, 1 banana, 1 pear, 1 handful grapes, 1/8 cup walnuts. This is my favorite one by far :D

Boneless, skinless chicken breast usually gives about 20+ grams of protein per 4 ounces. Thatgirlkelli named plenty of others but for the eggs you'd have to have egg whites for low fat because whole eggs provide more fat than you think. It's all good though of course...
