Check out your stats if I get my vits my cravings are much much better! It's your body deficient in something. You'll want to keep sating till its satisfied. Also exercise helps. Good luck. Its a nightmare hey!

Try taking your measurements. Your probably shrinking just doesn't reflect on scales. Still record all your food etc as its easy to underestimate.

Try Maca. Supposed to be good for training. I take for PMS but has helped me training too. X
