What is a good supplement for women?

I have been working out 4x a week for about 2 hours a day, and eating clean. I try and keep my calories around 1200, plus eating what I have burned. I had been taking GNC's Active Women's Vitapack, but ran out. Before I buy anything else, I thought I would ask everyone here what they recommend.

I'm looking for a mix of vitamins, as well as maybe some CLA or fat burners to just boost all that I am doing in the gym. I am now going 5x a week with a good mix of cardio and strength training. I have seen quite a few inches come off, but the scale has remained relatively the same. I would love to keep seeing the last inch or so come off and then really tone up and build muscle. But I'd love to take something that boosts what I am doing while giving some nutrients and supplements.

Anything you have tried that works well?

You can look at my profile to see what I'm doing. But this is my brief bio/schedule

Age: 24
Weight: 143 on average
Height: 5 foot 1 inches

Monday- dance aerobics 30-45 mins, then core strength training class 30 minutes

Wendesday- dance aerobics 30-45 minutes, then core strength training class 30 minutes

Try Maca. Supposed to be good for training. I take for PMS but has helped me training too. X

Assuming you eat vegetables, vitamins are mostly a waste of money and are excreted through your urine. Fat burners largely do not work.

Keep up with your diet and exercise, you are doing fine.
