Congratulations on your weight loss! That is amazing! I have a question for you if you don't mind...when you were losing those last few pounds how did you do it and how long did it take you to lose the last 10 lbs or so? I am eating raw almonds as I write this and I eat a ton of watermelon and apples for fruit, maybe I need to add to my lunch I usually only do a small salad but with chicken on it. Thanx a lot ladies!!! Accountability is a big issue for me as well as controlling my portions. I think at this point I get that if I don't keep track of everything I eat, then I shouldn't expect any results. So funny jrlenig...I've cut out buying some of the junk too! Good advice thanx so much!
