Heck I remember growing up & having Barbies & G.I. Joes instead of Ken dolls. My Dad is Army so maybe that's why but I just remember sharing them with my brothers. lol. :)

I agree with the OP! Stop making excuses & own up to what you put into your mouth! Losing weight takes a dedicated person who is willing to make a complete lifestyle change! Eating right, working out, getting enough sleep & making sure they stick to it everyday! I'll say it again I agree with the OP & didn't find it…

My grocery list always has chicken, tuna, eggs, greek yogurt, oatmeal, orange juice, veggies & fruits. Try watching your carbs & sodium some days you do really good & but others you're over. I know that not everyday is going to be perfect but if you want potatoes opt for peeling a potato instead of the instant ones....also…

Yeah I'm just glad that the parents saw that they needed to push her & motivate her instead of enabling her to continue down the path she was on. It said she was 100lbs by the time she reached kindergarten...Amazing little girl!!!!

Luckily for me I have an awesome support group with my hubby & my family but my husbands family is a different story! We went to visit them & she just kept bringing out the sweets trying to get me to eat them but I stood my ground…

I'm an Army Brat who met & fell in love with a soldier. We just finished our 3rd deployment & I'm looking forward to spending the holidays with him. :) We've been together for 5 1/2 years & have no kids yet..(he's been gone... :( ) Any wives/daughters,mothers,sisters wanna add me go ahead! Always looking for new friends. :)

My Papa always got his boots stretched out cause his calves were just huge..he was in great shape just a big man. Maybe that would work.
