I heard good things about surefire, les mills, and p90x, but I was looking at rockin body and it looked like it worked for weightloss as well, I can't decide!

I want to thank everyone who posted here, I'm understanding what your all saying and what seems to work. I just gotta find the right foods and exercise that'll work for me and it's not a diet!

well I have a set meal for breakfast and lunch, but nothing really when I get home so I kinda overeat but even when I have a set plan I don't stick with it
