5' here. Lost 30, have another 18 to go and have been maintaining (ups/downs, not on purpose) for about a couple of months now. Need to lose that last 18!! I'm doing 1450 + exercise 4x/week. My diary's open for better or for worse!

I lost about 30lbs this year and then have basically maintained +/- 3lbs for past two months. I need to get back on track to meet my end goal. 45, 5’ SW:119lb GW:100lb Goal #1: cut out alcohol for January, then weekends only Goal #2: stay within calories Goal #3: drink daily water - 64oz Jan GW: 115 avg

I do a kinda-sorta intermittent fast by skipping breakfast except for a coffee with 1 tbsp of heavy cream. I find that pushing my calories to later in the day works for me best. If I do have cravings at night, I pour a 10 calorie Spindrift seltzer into a fancy wine glass with ice, pretend it is a cocktail and sip on it…

Since April 1st (11 weeks ago) I've been following this pretty consistently and have lost 13lbs so far. Sometimes go up to 1400 on days when I need it. I exercise "formally" 3x a week and in between try to get at least 10K steps through light exercise, mostly walking/small home elliptical. I'm 5'. My diary is open if you…

My diary is open, feel free to add me. I love to cook on the weekends and am always looking for recipe ideas in the 400-500 calorie range.

I'm 5'0, SW 146 CW 134 GW 115. Looking for new recipe ideas that the family will also eat, and motivation for those of us who have to stick to 1200 to lose!

I'm willing to share and also looking for recipe ideas for 350-450 calorie meals

The Skinny Taste cookbook is excellent! Tasty, health recipes and beautiful pictures!

No idea but I don't really care...it keeps me motivated to see the numbers, especially when it is below a 10 lb milestone.

I love it - both regular and Chocolate and eat it every day. I add it to my oatmeal in the morning along with chocolate protein powder and I eat this for dessert almost every day (unfrozen) http://www.candyfit.net/2012/11/chocolate-protein-pb2-cup.html I eat real peanut butter too and I still like the taste!

I used to go to the gym but now with 2 kids don't have the time. I've been doing Jillian Michaels DVDs - 30 day shred and Ripped in 30. Both are under $10 but you can also get them on youtube I think. You don't need a ton of space, as long as you can get down on the floor and do a pushup and do jumping jacks when standing…

Great job, I definitely see the difference! I did the 30 day shred last December and love that workout - great results and a perfect way to get into the exercise habit - keep it up!

I'm a mom of two kids, 2yo and 13 wks. This past week was my first week back to work. I get up at 6 and most nights get home at 7 and then feeding and putting the kids to bed takes until 8p. I make lunches for the next day, eat dinner and then try to get to bed at 9:30 or 10 since the baby wakes up to feed around 2 or 3am.…

Feel free to add me - I have two boys, aged 2 and 12 weeks. I'm heading back to work after maternity leave (full time, 1 hr+ commute) and have been exercising and logging food daily for the past 35 days or so, I hope I can keep it up once I'm back at work and could use some friends in the same boat to keep me motivated!!

I'm 5'0" and my goal weight is 115. I've been as low as 103 and at that weight I probably could have lost another 5 pounds - I was still fairly curvy. But I think it depends on your frame. And I wasn't happy with how little I got to eat to stay at that weight hence my goal weight.
