You could try to drink more water...when I was pregnant I had a lot of water rention in my legs and feet and that is what my doctor told me to do. I definately gain weight before my period but not that much.

I just go to walmart. They have an exercise clothing section, they fit pretty good and don't cost a lot.

I am also a 1200 cal/day person and sometimes it can be hard but if you eat lots of fruit, veggies and protien you should be alright and yes the more you exercise the more you can eat. I find I eat the most during breakfast which helps keep me full during the day. :flowerforyou:

I actually welcome advise because you can definately learn a lot of valuable information but I just think that if someone is going to slam someone and be all negative then it is not worth listening too. Thats all :happy:

I am also supposed to stick with 1200 cals per day and that came from fit pal and my doctor as I am only 4'11" so that is correct for my body type and age ect. I wouldnt do any exercise as it is not worth the life of your child to stay fit while pregnant if you have been put on bedrest

I agree with the other ladies: soup is one of my favorites, veggies and dip (not too much dip!!), eggs, I love to do a wrap and then toast it it the toaster oven at work, I often much on fruit or nuts during the day and yogurt with fruit. I personally dont have one but I am not against it at all, just choose wisely as to where you are going to get it. Dont be like that girl in the paper with her boyfriend of 1 week's name across her face, thats not a great idea!

I do it all the time...I always think I am still a small person until I see that photo then reality kicks in :(
