I would not worry I am sure part of the 8lbs is just your body trying to deal with the fluctuation of the cals you are consuming and that is the same for the bloating. Starting as soon as you can I would follow their advise and try to stick to 2000cals or as close as you can, even 1700 would be better then 10. It is not…

At 450 cals that is pretty low to not feel any hunger but I wonder have you properly calculated your cals? If that is not it then I am with the majority to add high fats and protein they are usually high in cals but healthy such as nuts, hard boiled eggs, cheese :)

Hello, I also struggle with my weight I am 4'11' and 165lbs which for someone as short as I am, is a lot! I would love to be around 120-130. If you would like to add me as a friend I am always looking for some extra support or to be the extra support :)
-
I also struggle back and forth - if you would like you can add me as a friend maybe we can motivate each other!
-
Feel free to add me as a friend if you wish

Hang in there I find as long as you are consistent it will eventually work it self out! I see you have been under most of the week, maybe you are not eating enough cals in a day? I know for myself I drink a lot of my cals are you including what you drink as well? Could be some hidden cals in those :) Keep up the good work…
-
Sorry I am not in PA either but also on this journey and it has been a struggle for me as well. Feel free to add me :) Angela

My goals for Dec are: Keep within 1200-1500 cals/day Keep my sugar intake under control (I struggle with this one a lot) Keep the carbs low which I do normally Exercise 5 days/wk + week-end run around Limit my "free day" Saturday so I don't blow everything I did all week I am currently 166.6lbs would like to hit the 150's…

Yes any type of meat is high in protein but also eggs, nuts, sunflower seeds, cottage cheese, cheese in general but not too much, beans

I do well with food during the day time it is night time and weekends I struggle the most with. For breakfast at work I really like eggs. You can bring them in a container just crack them and microwave. For an "egg mcmuffin" style use one egg and heat for 30 sec then 10 sec increments watch as they like to explode if over…

You all look amazing I hope to achieve the same as you one day!!!

Hello, I am 4'11" and per my doctor a healthy weight range for my age (34) and height is between 95-115lbs. Given that you are 5'4" I would say you are probably closer to 115-135lbs but that is just my best guess :)
-
Wow that is awesome!! Great job :)
-
Hello, I was looking at your food diary and i would say that it looks like you are not completly tracking all food but it also looks like you eat the most food later in the day and it is usually junk food maybe try having a larger breakfast with healthy fruits, veg and protein that might work better for you?
