Starting over and really need help

Hello everyone I'm starting over again. I weigh 270 pounds, the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I need to lose 100 pounds and I'm a little scared. Just looking for some friends. If there is anyone in Delco PA that would be nice to possibly workout together???
