Over 15 pounds down! Before & after pics. And my favorite fitsperation quote!

So I didn't realize the difference in my legs until I came a cross a photo my photographer friend took of my leg tattoos back in May. I only started working on my fitness about 6 weeks ago and I am over 15 pounds down! Although these pics are at my 12 pound mark. I am very short at 5 ft tall so I have about 20 pounds left to go and I know I can do it!

I just woke up 6 weeks ago realizing that I wasn't living life to its fullest! I am only 22 and I knew I still had time to truely live out my youth but I knew I couldn't do that if I was this uncomfortable in my own skin!

My routine has been super simple. I have been doing high intensity interval training using the couch to 5K app 4-5 times a week along with some simple floor excersices like squats and lifting 8 pound hand weights!
