I've lost only half a pound! Very frustrating. Also, I gained inches around my thighs! I feel less flabby around the thighs, but I thought toning = shrinking. But that's not the case with me. I started yesterday. Just wondering if everyone is doing the level 1x10days, level 2 x 10 days and level 3 x10days schedule. Is anyone switching things up a bit or is that not recommended?

Week 2 is much better! I am able to keep up better with the warm ups and the movements. Still sweating like a pig though. Just finished Day 12 today. Sadly, gaining weight too. But from what I have read, this is expected. So I am just gonna stick with it and see what's at the end of the tunnel.
