I am an emotional eater and I let food control me...and it got outta control!

Walking or doing some light exercise during lunch helps me stay energized too, that or a cup of tea in the afternoon, zero calories and it has some caffeine to keep me going.

When I first started jogging with my dog she would run all over the place and use up her energy in the beginning, but when we started going more and more she figured it out.
