This sounds healthy to me! Depending on what's in the sauce... I do the same thing with foods I like. As long as you are getting all of your daily vitamins... what could be wrong with that?

I do BMBF right after 30-day shred. I'm on day 7 of level-2 and have been doing that since day one level-1. I'm seeing results and I'm feeling an increase in endurance. It's ROUGH, but you can do it if you push yoursled (high-knees kill me!)

Cdennie - I also had my gallbladder removed. I had built-up gallstones due to lack of fat - so I know that NO fat in the diet is a bad thing. I have stayed low-fat since the surgery and have not experienced stomach problems since.

Today is my 10th day on level one. I'm aiming for 10 days on each level. Level one started off hard... but now it's super easy and I'm ready to move up!

I've just completed day-8, I was super sore in my arms/shoulders after the first few days. I've been pulling through with no break-day and I'm no longer sore. Trust me, it was hard to forget the pain on that 3rd day!

I didn't know you could use a soda instead of eggs/oil/water, does it work with other mixes/sodas?

I study belly dance, classical Indian dance, hip hop... and I take Zumba classes ;)

I'm 5' and would like to be around the 105 range. I'm currently about 113.
