Strange 'popping' feeling in legs after exercise
As long as I can remember, I’ve gotten strange 'popping' sensations in my legs after really strenuous exercise. It doesn't hurt and it goes away in about 20 mins. Just wondered if anyone else gets that... and if it's normal?? They feel like they're in the muscles, not the joints or knees.

Less fat more beneficial?
Is it beneficial to eat less fat than recommended in daily goal/totals? I know we need the good fats in our diets... and not all fat is bad; but does it do any good (or harm) to limit them even more?

Caffeine: Does it help or hinder your workouts?
I had a cup of caffeinated tea yesterday afternoon... then I noticed my afternoon workout was more sluggish than usual. Maybe it was due to the caffeine? Does caffeine help you with an energy boost... or does it hinder your workouts??

From what I have seen, most yogurt contains so much sugar… yet, so many people love it as a good-for-you food. Question about calorie allotment
Are the calories pre-set in my food diary in accordance with my weight loss goal... or are they BMR calories - the calories I'd burn if all I did all day was lay in bed? I am allotted 1200 calories, does that sound right? It seems low to me. Thanks!
