If you were to add songs to a playlist that get you MOVING, MOTIVATED and PUMPED.... What would they be? Think... songs that give you that last burst of energy when you feel like you want to quit!

Here are my suggestions:
Unstoppable by Kat DeLuna
We R Who We R by Kesha

Oh my gosh, YES to the Kesha song, I was gonna put that one. A few others that get me to speed up when I'm feeling slow:

    -"Pain" by Jimmy Eat World
    -"Last Resort" Papa Roach
    -"Hey Baby" Pitbull

'Can't Go Back' by Primal Scream always a winner for me!
And 'Sex on Fire' by Kings of Leon.
Will keep an eye on this thread, I'm always on the look out for new additions to my playlist!

Someone just turned me onto the album All Day, by Girl Talk (free dowload). Awesome remix stuff, over top of alot of 80s tunes. High tempo music that's great to run to.

I like the older stuff, but have a good mix on my iPod. Rock, old Funk, Country even some Dean Martin and Mozart. I mix in fast and slower songs to keep my heart rate rising and falling throughout the workout. I just try to keep time with each step on the elliptical.

AC/DC - Thunderstruck, Shook Me All Night Long, Back in Black

    Heart - Magic Man

Eagles - Life in The Fast Lane

    Kid Rock - Cowboy

Billy Joel - You May Be Right

Van Halen - Hot for teacher
