I'm at 293.2 down .6 this week A loss is a loss, but I've got to do better on the weekends! I was at 290.8 on thursday. Having constant access to food just proves that this is truly an addiction for me. That's my Feb goal weekend preplanned meals
-
293.8 down 1.8 this week. Bad weekend kept me from bigger numbers. Last time I bought myself riding lessons when I hit 10%. In case you missed it I love to celebrate and look for as many ways as possible I'm a % and pound celebrater. Looking to hit 10% this week and I think that deserves a massage.

Only! 3 ponds is great! Slow and steady wins the race. I've found that little changes are the ones that stick. Don't compare just run your race. They say a healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds each week. Way to be healthy!

Done!
-
Take it! Big first week is expected! Just don't be disappointed if you don't lose quite that much next week ;)
-
That's exactly why I started this group! Seeing success and that I can be done only inspires me to do better and work harder!
-
I am inspired by all of you! Last week = 300.4 This week = 295.6 Loss = -4.8 Like I said in the post, my challenge this week will be to track down my fitbit and get that battery to start tracking steps! Keep with the logging everyone. It seems to be working!
-
You beat me too it! I had this planned for February ;) my goal is 10lbs. I'm cutting out fast food breakfast and logging everything. I'm also working on a list of nsv, that will be revealed as time goes on. Small steps one at a time so that I'm making a real lifestyle change.

I weigh everyday. I think about two ways. 1st did what I did yesterday hurt or help? 2nd am I heading in the right direction. I record weekly and I'm happy with that!
-
Official weight 300.4 Motivation to is to be the best me I can be!
-
Don't forget to check in with the practice board! Let's get some bonus points before things even start!
-
2015 was also a year of regression for me too! I'm excited to get back to the basics logging food, staying under my calorie goal and get MOVING!!
-
Welcome TEAM!!! I'm Michelle from Ohio. I have a long way to go on this journey, but realistically I'd like to lose 20lbs during the course of the show. I'd lost a lot of weight 2 years ago and then baby, dad, life etc. got in the way. I'm determined that 2016 will be my year all around. Here we go!

Hello all, I've sent everyone a friend request so please accept and feel free to friend each other. We're not going to do this alone. I guess I forgot to tell you my story although it sounds like we all are in a similar boat. Three years ago I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and joined mfp. Through that process…

Name: Michelle State or Country: OH - IO Time Zone: Eastern Age: 34 (had to do the math!) How many pounds want to lose during the show: I would love to average 2lbs per week Would you be willing to be a team leader? Yes, I was prior to my hiatus and loved it! Let's GO!

Final weigh in 259.4 + a baby! Yep losing all of this weight has helped me get pregnant! So excited and thankful for this wonderful group! Congrats on everyone's success!

I'm due October 3rd! After losing 65lbs in 7 months. My RE told me not to lose anymore weight. I still have a long way to go until goal, but it's not about me! I have successfully managed to maintain the past 2 weeks with 1-3lbs of weight fluctuation. I'm happy with that. Starting back with yoga tomorrow! We have been…

I've lost 60 with no weighing. I also try to stay approximately 150 calories under my mfp allotment because I assume I've under estimated somewhere!

I read on a blog that in order to outrun the zombie horde on a treadmill you have to take short fast steps. I haven't tried it yet, because I hate the treadmill and can't run nearly as fast on it as I can outside.

I am so excited to have all of you back!

I don't do resolutions, but I do plan to recommit to my new lifestyle. Logging, water, movement & Me. #1 Logging - log everything. It really does work! #2 Water - drink lots of it. I always feel better when I'm hydrated. #3 Movement - Running 3x per week, no excuses. Horses - 1 or 2x per week cause I love it #4 Once a…

Love the concept, but not sure about the logistics. It's new so hopefully there will be some new reviews in the upcoming days.

I made a bunch of smaller mini-goals some weight loss, some not (run a 5k, don't gain weight over the holidays). I joined challenges and made friends who would keep me accountable. Be careful with rewards! They can't be about food! Buy new clothes, go for a massage, take a horseback riding lesson (that's mine today!).…

As you continue to lose weight you will have to adjust your calories. Make sure that you are accurately recording every morsel you are putting in your mouth you may be ready for a food scale. Do you have a heart rate monitor? I read time and again on the forums that people underestimate food and overestimate exercise. I've…

I started this journey at 323! I'm still not sure how that happened. I just hit a big milestone this week by losing 50lbs. I am now around 271. I have a long way still to go, but I feel confident that if I stick to the program, I can make this happen. Anyone can feel free to add me!
-
I didn't tell anyone about my journey this time. I have always self-sabotaged, it is disheartening to see people's face when you start to gain the weight back. Now that I have lost over 50lbs people notice and there is no denying it. I think the not talking about it is because I am doing this for me, not because someone…
