  • It can be hard. I have moments where I do not want to even enter my calories in fear of facing my poor decisions already made. The key is to keep track so you have that mental note...no more food (or more exercise). At any rate, welcome!:wink: Melissa

  • Just had a double meat BMT from Subway....about 700 calories....I should have chosen the turkey, it would have been half (even the double stacked turkey without cheese is about 330 calories!!!) Melissa

  • I agree...It also helps to plan lunch and dinner menus. When I know how much I have left, I tend to regulate my intake better Melissa
