A lot of times I eat only half of a serving of something. You should be able to change the serving size but I am not sure how to change the calories per serving. If it is in your food diary you can click on the name of the food and then change the amount. I do not know how to change the calories per serving a food already…

I just shoveled about a foot of snow for an hour. I know that it has to count towards my exercise for the day but am unsure of how to classify it. Any suggestions or knowledge of the calories burned per minute? Or would this be considered "strength training" in lieu of cardio?

I am in the same boat. One of the days, at the end of the day I was completing my food log. My daughter has some candy corn. I was eating them as I was typing my diary. Me too! Just joined last week. Tracking food really seems to help get an idea of what I need to be eating. I am shocked at some of the contents of some food (i.e. sodium, potassium, etc).
