Definitely agree about reading the reviews on Modcloth.

Modcloth.com has some really cute and affordable dresses. Just check the sizing measurements before you order. They also will put if it runs true to size or if the sizing runs larger or smaller. It is really easy to order and do returns with, if you need to.

I found Beth. She was kidnapped and became a cult member on The Following.

I think it's okay to take it two days in a row. It may not be the exact same workout you did today.

I added TRX to my list of exercises on MFP and record the calories burned from my heart rate monitor for each session. My trainer mixes things up a lot and I can get calorie burns anywhere from 200 calories for an hour (usually when all strength training) to 500 calories an hour if she adds in running intervals/squat…

I do TRX and use a HRM to track it. It can vary a lot depending on the moves and if there are any cardio burst in between.

I just go hiking on the weekends for a few hours at a time and haven't had a problem with it. Of course, some hikes are harder than others, but I don't really think you need to do any specific training for it during the week. I just do a mixture of cardio and strength training and that seems to work fine.

They may eat the injured ones. We've seen them catch piglets and eat deer and cows and horses.
-
Maybe they don't kill them before they eat them?
-
Thanks, that's a same for where I live but I do recall the scene specifically talked about all the fish being dead though.
-
Thank you! :)

My post got lost between the thread roll. :) Anyways, wasn't there one season that the lake didn't have fish or they were all dead or something? I might be remembering it incorrectly since it's been a long time since I've watched the older seasons. It might have been a scene with the Governor and where he had dumped a…

Remember they tried fishing (think it was Season 1 or 2?) and the fish were all dead in the lake. Animals are scarce because the zombies eat those as well.
-
I did wonder about that and I'm not sure why there are no walkers around. The location could provide some sanctuary since the walkers seem to get trapped in the tunnels surrounding it, but you would think there would be a few in the woods where Rick was.

Terminus is a setup to lure people into thinking they are safe so they go in with lowered weapons so they don't suspect anything and then they use them as a food source. That's why they have signs all over posting to it and are broadcasting on the radio in the hopes that someone hears it. They don't have to risk themselves…

Glenn had his watch. He gave it to him at the farmhouse.

I don't think they were aiming to kill them, instead they were herding them to that specific area so they could get them to the train car. Seems to me like they are more interested in eating them and want to ration them off instead of killing them all at once.

I'm 5'2 and have a goal weight between 110 - 115. I'm at 124 right now and the last few pounds are the hardest! I've lost a little over 20 pounds to date.
-
Hello! I'm 5'2 and have lost 20 lbs so far. I initially lost 13 lbs pretty quickly (in about 2 to 3 months) and then lost the other 7 very slowly over a year, mainly because I've been focusing more on re-composition/lowing body fat than just losing pounds. I went from a size loose 12 to a size 4/6. I'd still like to lose…

Hi! I usually workout between 4 to 5 times per week, 3 of those are usually strength training with some HIIT cardio and run between 45 minutes to an hour and then the other one to two are usually some outdoor activity, like hiking, that will last about 2 hours or so. I don't feel guilty taking rest days because your body…

I haven't read the comics, but that would make sense if they were cannibals. Also, kind of smart to post all over the place to have people come to you looking for safety with their guards down (plus their guns) and not thinking there will be cannibals there.
-
I agree. Plus, that woman gave me the creeps. And why is it that there were no zombies any where near that area? Seems odd to me since there were so many in the tunnel that didn't seem that far away but none at Terminus where they were BBQ'ing something and there was only an unlocked chain-link fence to keep them out. Do…

Well, at least they finally made it to Terminus just in time for the season finale.

So you don't actually have a FitBit Flex, Force, One, etc, you are just using your phone? I don't think it is actually tracking your movements because FitBit is not set up for that, that I'm aware of anyways. The app for the iPhone is so you can sync your FitBit from your phone and not use the computer. Is it actually…

You're doing great so far! Don't be discouraged. The inches will come off soon enough. I tend to find that I lose inches when I don't lose pounds. It helps to keep track of both so you know you are making progress.
