  • Modcloth.com has some really cute and affordable dresses. Just check the sizing measurements before you order. They also will put if it runs true to size or if the sizing runs larger or smaller. It is really easy to order and do returns with, if you need to.

  • I do TRX and use a HRM to track it. It can vary a lot depending on the moves and if there are any cardio burst in between.

  • I just go hiking on the weekends for a few hours at a time and haven't had a problem with it. Of course, some hikes are harder than others, but I don't really think you need to do any specific training for it during the week. I just do a mixture of cardio and strength training and that seems to work fine.
  • They may eat the injured ones. We've seen them catch piglets and eat deer and cows and horses.

  • You're doing great so far! Don't be discouraged. The inches will come off soon enough. I tend to find that I lose inches when I don't lose pounds. It helps to keep track of both so you know you are making progress.
