Great work! Do be careful of starvation mode. That's a scenario in which you don't give your body enough to satisfy your BMR causing it to try desperately to store any and everything it can. If you find yourself getting stuck or feeling lethargic take a look at your calorie intake and BMR and make adjustments. Keep it up!

For chin ups, you can use a resistance band with a door attachment. Most places that sell fitness equipment can help you out there. I recommend the bands from Beachbody. You can also use the bands for the other strength training exercises. Best of luck!

Omg, lots! Salad does not nessessarily equal diet. Look at my food diary for ideas. It really comes down to how much and how often with food. Keep your fat intake low and stay away from processed sugars as a general rule and you'll do well. Keep it up!

You're right about that. It's approximately 600 cal per workout. That's the expectation set in the nutrition guide and one of the factors in calculating your caloric need.

If you're using the calculation from the nutrition guide then it's actual. Part of that calculation adds 600 calories to your daily caloric need.
