P90X Calorie Intake question....

My calorie intake for the P90X program is supposed to be 1800 daily. Is this actual or net after the P90X exercise calories?

  If you're using the calculation from the nutrition guide then it's actual. Part of that calculation adds 600 calories to your daily caloric need.

  however i found that i don't burn 600 calories often and I have dropped my intake to 1600 and i adjust if i need to.

  Ok, thank you for the reply. I was wondering, because I am keeping track here on MFP, and it keeps telling me to eat more, although I have not.
