I wouldn't log it at all. Walking doesn't burn many calories (especially at a leisurely pace), and you don't want to over-estimate and eat too many calories as a result. Just consider it an added bonus(job perk!) :smile:

I maintained my 34DD's even after losing 50lbs. I had to get breast reduction surgery to look more proportionate. In retrospect, it wasn't a huge deal - glad I did it!! :)

Cold turkey. I was miserable for about two days but then the cravings were GONE entirely. Ultimately I just told myself... "would you rather eat that donut/chocolate/whatever? Or would you rather be healthy, happy, and gorgeous?". Guess which option won?? I don't eat any sugar now that isn't natural (such as from fruits).

I think you`ll find that HCG won`t work for long. At first, yes it always does work! But as soon as you stop... the weight comes flying back on. I'm 5'4, about 150lbs, and moderately active (sedentary office job but I hit the gym 4-5x/week). I aim for about 1,500 calories daily, though it often varies from around 1200 - 1800... which is good! Keeps the body guessing :)

Yes. A 200lb person would burn more calories than a 100lb person, theoretically. That 200lb person has more weight to carry around, right?? Although not as drastic, the same principles apply to you. This isn't accurate. Eating 1,400 calories of french fries and fast food burgers is not as healthy as eating 1,400 of lean meats and vegetables. It's NOT the calorie count that matters, it's the quality of the food.

Does your highschool have a nurse's office or a gym where you can weigh yourself? If not, use a scale at your friend's house, or even at wal-mart next time you're there! There's also many free health clinics you can go to :flowerforyou:

I think perhaps your diet target is adding in target exercise as well ? I'm not certain. But there's 2.2lbs to 1kg, so you can divide/multiply if you ever need to convert between the two. I stick to about 1500 calories a day, and I'm 5'4, about 68kg. Aim for 2000 calories a day, and see how that works for you. Then lower…

That's okay! :smile: Just be careful of the sugar... some of them have 30g or more, which is the same as a chocolate bar!! Look at the carbs, sugar, and calorie content. The LAST thing you want is a 350 calorie bar with 30g carbs and 35g sugar - dieting disaster!! :sad:

You can do this! At my heaviest weight I couldn't even walk up a single flight of stairs. Now I'm running 5km races for fun on weekends. If you'd like, we can be friends. I'm going through some discouragement myself these days :frown:
