    last night I found this. http://www.dietbasics.com/diet.html don't know it there is a cheaper way locally. have not looked. This was linked in my searches.

    I recently visited a nutritionist in my area. She was expensive, yes (about $175/visit). But TWO visits with her changed my eating habits entirely, and I feel better than I have in years.... I would never have been able to make these changes alone. I've lost weight, stopped taking medications (caffeine, ephedrine, etc), and feel amazing.

    my personal trainer is also certified in nutrition. I get him to talk to me about food while I work out! ;-)
