I would deck you just to give an idea of what she might do. I wouldn't just be humiliated that your watching me like that but then you put me on the spot. She will have her breaking point one day and she will lose it and if she doesn't want to it's not up to you to tell her to.

I'm the only African American and the heaviest I have seen at my gym and I don't care if they are looking . Look all you want because I am doing this for me not you and as long as you keep that mentality who cares. Do you thing!!!!!!

If your still losing I wouldn't touch your intake but definitely eat the calories mfp tell you because if I am too low in my calories for the day I will see a gain on the scale which is frustration of course but the moment you start to see a plateau you would want to up you calories just a little (100 or 200).

I stopped eating my calories back and I have been losing EVERY week. I also watch my sodium and sugar and I make sure I drink ALOT of water. I have also added the gym to my regimen.

You can do this and this is a great start because it will keep you on track calorie wise. Your obviously gonna have to start with small movements and things like that but you can do it!!!!!!!!!!

I give my trainer the finger and he doesn't care cause he knows I am going to do it and push hard to get it done. It's all normal we all don't want to do it but are doing it for our own reasons and there are day your don't want to and you mutter through but when they leave i'm sure they feel accomplished

I started with cheat days and now I have cheat meals because after a day of eating bad I would feel so horrible. My stomach hurt and I would get a bad headache. Start with a day see how you feel and if u feel like I did go to a meal. It varies from person to person

MFP tells me to consume 2300 and I weight 323 now. I wonder why that is but even my trainer said based on a calculation that I should be eating 2800 but when I wasn't losing anything we dropped it to 2500. I am proud because I have been doing this for 9 months now and I have had ups and downs but I have continued and this is the longest I have ever gone. I have made HUGE strides and changes in the right direction and I can not wait to see the end results. I still have a lot to go but I'm gonna make it. :sad:
