It's only been a little over a month. Give your body some time to find a new normal. Some people find they have to keep their fat intake low, and other find that over time they can slowly increase the amount of fat in their diet.

Some people gain with ovulation. 4 pounds over a couple days is not fat. It's a water weight swing for some reason or other. Read the article the annointed one posted and I suggest to keep doing what your doing for a while longer. If you're confident about how much you are eating, the downward trend will start again.

Look up specificity and sensitivity. All lab tests have a degree of error with false positives and false negatives. I don't have time to explain it at the moment, but will try to get back to this later.

I think one thing to remember is that they aren't showing symptoms yet. The yet, is important. They may never show symptoms, but it could be a while before they do.
