I just tried this recipe and it is absolutely delicious! The chicken is extremely tender, I shredded and put it on a hamburger bun, splurged on a slice of pepper jack cheese but it was totally worth the extra calories!

I've used Cardio Trainer and Endomondo with my Polar bluetooth heart rate monitor. I think Endomondo is more reliable and it syncs with My Fitness Pal and Fitbit so I've been using it more.

It may be overkill but I use both the Fitbit and heart rate monitor...I need to know if I am working our hard enough and the heart rate monitor gives me instant feedback.

Awesome tips, I will try them too. I bought a HydraCoach water bottle on Amazon to help me keep track of the water I drink but I still don't like the plain taste of water, boring.

I got the Polar WearLink+ transmitter with Bluetooth for Christmas and it was the most frustrating thing for me. I just barely got it to work thanks to some updates on Endomondo (I think) and now I am very happy with it! It transmits all the data to Endomondo on my Droid and it syncs the My Fitness Pal and Fit Bit apps so…

This is from a book I bought: "Eat Well, Lose Weight, While Breastfeeding" by Eileen Behan, R.D. 20% protein 50% carbs 25-35% fat She does not recommend low carb diets while breastfeeding, I almost went that route myself.
