A good way to not forget to start it is to put it on when you change into your workout clothes. I wore mine as a reg watch and would forget to turn it on. I started to keep it with my sneakers and when I would change into them to workout, I would put it on. Have not forgot since.

Someone above said try a gym for a few months, I agree with this. You can even get a trial/guest pass for about a week. Go everyday during that time and try different machines. I am at 1200 (I know, all the booing and hissing will follow) under a Dr supervision. I have a hard time meeting my calories. Today was scheduled as an off day, BUT since I would rather have Sundays off from home workouts I did Cardio Power and Resistance a day ahead of time. I see your :45 Plank challenge, and raise you 4 reps. (Yeah, now I am sore) Tomorrow a day off, then Monday the new schedule starts!

Plyometric Cardio. Actually borrowed a HRM today. Was really close to what High Impact Aerobics was so that is what I will continue to use when I can not use the HRM. Burned 493. Plank :30 complete.
