I've been doing modified burpees until I can get arm and core strength up.

Still trying to work it out. Can get in most of the challenge before leaving for work just have to work in my cardio and the rest at night.

My three bean turkey slow cooker chili is very good, pretty healthy and hey who doesn't like slow cooker recipes. I have it saved here under recipes, have to see if I can share it.

Agree on the Ms Dash and I also create my own spice blends. Tastes are much fresher. :smile:
