Funny, I never knew what a burpee was until I started taking kickboxing class. We do 15min of intense HIIT before we hit the bags. I have a love/hate relationship with them. :)

I hope you enjoyed it! I'm a member of iLoveKickboxing and we hit bags. There is also a 15 min "warm up" which is very intense. Its more like HIIT, with squats, burpees, pushups, etc. I absolutely love it! I hated every kind of exercise known to man. Its the only thing I've stuck with and its been 2 yrs now.

Thank you! My heart rate is goes up to 170, which is quite high for me (I'm so out of shape!) I'm such a hot mess too. LOL. I've been wearing a headband in hopes to keep the sweat from running down my face and its literally drenched..and yet the sweat continues :( But I love it

They do allow it but I have no place to keep it safely. We are running for the first 15 min then with the activity, not sure where to store it. Maybe an arm band would work though. Thank you.

The first 15 minutes is all cardio/conditioning I guess you'd say. We run for 2 minutes then go right into burpees then squats jumping jacks froggies, planks, push-ups, etc, without stopping. I love them if I microwave them for about 10-15 sec. Otherwise I don't like the texture.

It was beautiful here in northern MA. Loved opening the windows. I did work most of the weekend but was able to do so outdoors.

I started on level 3 because I wanted to get beat up. Needless to say, it was a great workout!

Wizzybeth, i wish I could copy and save this post to refer to. You spelled it out in baby steps and it makes sense that way. I have a problem with trying to conquer the entire mountain instead of 1 step at a time. Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, I ride that roller-coaster with you. Sugary sweets are my poison. I'd rather have anything sugary sweet. Like you, I can't stop at a "taste." I am on day 7 of level 2 and I am liking this level better than level 1. I'm still sweating after the 20 min so I think thats a good sign. Good for you Tracey!

Yes, thats exactly how it's suppose to work. You can have rest days in there but the plan is to stick to each level for 10 days before moving on to the next :)
