I'm thinking of adding these to my diet. I can see there are tons of recipes but my question is can they be made in a Magic Bullet? knee pain
Anyone have any advice on how to get rid of or through knee pain while exercising? I know it's most likely due to my weight but I find doing squats, jumping jacks, lunges, even stepping bothers my knees. Should my toes point outward more? Any ideas would be grateful! Thanks!!:frown:

Has anyone tried these? I got the Inside-Out Cardio dvd and tried it yesterday. The main workout is 1 hour. I lasted about 12 minutes and had to stop.
