Weigh and log everything you eat and drink, stick to your calories and keep at it. It will come off!

I'm 5'3". Started out at 182lbs, currently at 127lbs, my goal is 112-119lbs.
-
I want to lose it from my upper arms so badly! But no, it doesn't seem to budge from there.

Apples and peanut butter is my favourite snack. Also light Babybels and low calorie lentil crisps/chips.

I'm 5'3" and currently around 129-130lbs. I've lost 57lbs so far and I'm trying to get somewhere around 112-119lbs, depending on how I feel when I get to 119. Most of the weight came off 2 years ago and I've recently jumped back on my exercise bike in order to get to my original goal weight. I was content at 126 for a…

I have the same problem. I've lost 57lbs and lost inches from everywhere except my upper arms, I've only lost an inch. They just don't get smaller, I'm pretty sure my problem is hereditary. They make me very self conscious and I never uncover my arms because of it.

I scanned the barcode on my rice packet and used that. It says cooked but when I enter 250g it says that's 900 calories.
-
I have one. As I said I weighed 250g for myself.

I'm 5'3", lost 57lbs so far. Now at 129lbs and trying to get between 112-119lbs. Feel free to add me!

This isn't the first week. It's been 10 weeks. I've lost a total of 9lbs in those 10 weeks. 5 of those lbs have been lost in the last 3 weeks.

I'm 25. Feel free to add me.

You just need to watch what you eat as birth control can increase your appetite. I've been on the pill for a couple of years now with no weight gain.
-
I didn't notice much difference in my measurements at first but then it all suddenly started coming off. Just keep it up and you'll see the difference soon.

I actually find the videos and stuff like that more boring than the bike. I lose interest in them. It's not that I'm bored, I usually watch a tv show while doing it so it's not boredom, I'm just tired. I did push myself to do it today even though I just wanted to go to sleep and rest. I don't have any access to classes or…

I don't want to stop logging and I'm sticking to 1200 because that's what MFP said I should be eating for a 1 lb a week loss. I'm just doing cardio (on a stationary bike). I only eat back 20-100 of my exercise calories back.
-
I think I'd rather lower my exercise. I might take a week off and then get back to it, doing 45 minutes (burning around 300 cals) 3-4 days a week.
-
Should I up my calories or lower my exercise? Or both?
-
I'm 5'3", I've set calories to lose 1lb a week and I only eat about 20-100 of the exercise calories back.
-
Yep, eat whatever you fancy, just keep within your daily calories. I've done this and lost 52 lbs. Added exercise will also give you extra calories to eat too.
-
I do weigh everything I eat and drink. I lost the 53 lbs about 2 years ago now. Right now I'm just trying to lose the extra that I gained after moving in with my other half plus trying to get to my original goal weight of 112 lbs. Last time I weighed myself I'd lost 4 lbs so far, eating 1200 cals and exercising. I didn't…

Mine is open. Need more friends and motivation!

When I lived with my parents I just made my own food most of the time. If my parents cooked then I would portion control what they put on my plate or just didn't finish the whole meal if it looked too much. I also exercised daily so I have some extra calories to eat back.

I'm 5'3, started at 182 lbs 2 years ago, got down to 126 and then gained a bit and went up to 138 lbs. Last time I weighed myself I was 134. Exercising 5 days a week, doing 30-45 mins on a stationary bike and eating 1200 cals a day. My goal is around 112. Feel free to add me!
-
I've been doing 1200 cals for 60 days for a 1lb a week loss and don't find it that bad. I manage 3 meals a day plus light snacking in the evening. On the days I exercise I only eat back about 20-70 calories.
-
I'm on 1200 a day and I've been loving oatmeal for breakfast, made with semi skimmed milk. Fills me up until lunch.
-
I can only seem to find expensive Eat Smart scales. I'm in the UK by the way.
-
I'd say anything you want as long as it fits into your calorie goal. An apple and some peanut butter is one of my favourite snacks.
-
I was 182lbs and in 6 months I lost 56lbs.

I do weigh everything I eat and drink. My problem is at the moment, I don't own bathroom scales so the only time I can weigh myself is when I visit my in-laws. But I will invest in some. The last time I weighed in I had lost 4lbs in about 5 weeks I think, that was July 21st. But I also wasn't exercising for 45 mins then, I…

I'm also on a budget since my other half and I have just got our first place together. Remember you can eat whatever you want as long as it's in your calorie goal. Look for deals in the shop, like 3 for 2 etc, buy one get one free. My day usually looks like: Breakfast - Oatmeal with a cup of tea Lunch - A sandwich, usually…
