Thanks guys, good ideas, I think I'll try planks and some crunches on a bench. I go to planet fitness and when you drop the barbells or grunt or do anything noisy they ring this bell called the lunk alert. Its kinda ridiculous, I mean some people throw down the dumbells and thats not cool, but I guess they think if I'm…

I go to the planet fitness in Ledgewood (only 10$ a month, w00t!)and I have been lifting for a while, but I would like someone to work out with, help spotting, push each other etc. I'm about to start…

Bad religion in a month or so and muse in April I think! want to start going to more shows this year. I worked on warped tour for a couple dates last year and I want to see if I can do it again this summer. The backstage BBQs are so much fun and it doesn't hurt getting to meet cute guys in bands :)

Thanks for all the great responses. I think I will lower my percentage of carbs and up my protein intake. I know I need to up my leafy greens and protein intake and limit my carbs but I am a carb addict! That is something I am rally gonna have to work on. Wow your supervisor that keeps making comments needs to get a life. Or find so some work to do. LOL isn't that why they call it work? Unfortunately you will always run into nosy coworkers that have nothing better to do than comment on what your eating, what your wearing, gossip about other co-workers etc. Sometimes its…

Yup at almost exactly 2 years out I started to have the weight creep on, so YES! I know about the loss of malabsorbtion, lol. It sucks!!! Even though you have gained I think you are doing a great job. You are only up 35 lbs and you had a kid, and you are taking the first steps by being on here . Try to look on the bright…

www.obesityhelp.com is a great tool for anyone considering/going through gastric bypass surgery

Don't let a Dr push you into something, do your own research and make your own choices. The surgery is not for everyone, and each individual will have their own issues. The surgery is not a cure all it, is a tool for you to use to improve your eating habits. You need to make lifelong changes to make this work. Exercise is…

Damn girl your belly is awesome looking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations :) I wonder if part of it is genetics. I lost 125 lbs (I weigh 135ish now) and work out like a beast (lots of strength training) and eat well but I have triple the belly skin you do. Maybe its the water, I will have to try that. My tummy tuck is…

I had it about 2 and 1/2 years ago. I could not be more happy with the results. I went from 265 to 115 at my lowest. I have gained some bounceback weight, currently I am 133-135ish, but some of that may be muscle as I lift pretty heavy for a girl. I am on here to log my food and track, while I am by no means overweight I…
