Yay, love this idea! I'm Tara 5'5" and hovering in the low 180s (yikes!) My goals/plan: *exercise 6x per week, even if only 20minutes *eliminate office candy bowl..it adds up! *increase fruit and veggies *be able to do 10 consecutive real pushups *lose 25lbs *have confidence in my body!!!!

Congrats everyone!! Marriage, how lovely *tear anyways I am sooo excited for my brother's wedding in about a year (he just proposed two weeks ago) But I really want to be fit. I am think at least 40lbs gone. And yea, bride and family are teeny tiny things!!

Good job everyone! I"fell off the wagon" Last weight: 178.6 todays weight: 181.4 =2.8 gained boo hoo. But now I am glued to the wagon!!!!

Well I had a scale and nsv today I wore a pair of jeans that usually dig into my belly and give me a stomach ache (ya I know, stupid to wear them) But todayyyy I feel fine and didn't even notice til now

It's ridiculously cold here...but I can't complain because my brothers are out in Alberta and it's this cold, even colder all the time!!

We ordered out and I planned everything what I was going to eat and am still under on my calories (even though they were from exercize)

I finally lost a little! Sw:182 cw: 180.6 lost: 1.4lbs and inches!! I was shocked, every part of my body was down at least 1 inch since two weeks ago! So even though my weight has not changed much, the hard work is paying off. Wanted to be 179 but I'm happy right now :)

I worked out for 90 mins. I ate healthy even when eating out. I passed by starbucks. I don't know anymore, haha
