Well, not sure how my weight loss is BUT tiday I left the house without a snack and thought about getting banana bread at Starbucks but decided to check the calories on my phone first and 250 woukd be good. Awesome job! Omg, our admin brings in chocolate and candy alll the time. We have a huge bowl and it just sits there beside the photocopier = I getothers to grab my printing lol. So brutal to have wilwill power constantly at WORK.

Make sure you are eating enough. very often when we are dieting, we tend to try starving. This DOESN'T work.
